stand-alone treatment or as a great addition to your acupuncture session!

Gua Sha
a lesser known but also powerful technique, gua sha (pronounced GWA-Shah) can improve circulation, benefit the skin and reduce inflammation! After applying oil to the skin, we use a smooth edged scraping tool to scrape the skin and stretch the muscle fibres below! This technique can be used for a wide variety of issues, including scar tissue, tendonosis and poor circulation.
