A NOTE ABOUT CREDIT CARD FEES
Credit card processing fees for businesses typically run 1.5–3.5% per transaction — fees which Stillpoint previously absorbed. In order to keep my fees sustainable, I have added a 2.4% surcharge on credit card payments only. Debit, e-transfer, cash, and cheque remain unaffected.
This way, payment processing costs stay tied to the payment method rather than being folded into everyone’s fees. I’m happy to discuss this if you have any further questions.
DIRECT BILLING
We now offer direct billing for select Insurers:
Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Chambers of Commerce, Desjardins, Equitable Life, Industrial Alliance, Manulife, Green Shield and others!
Simply add your insurance info to your Jane account, and we’ll do the rest!
We direct bill for all approved ICBC, VA/CAF and Premium MSP claims!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the my day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for that appointment.
