DIRECT BILLING
We now offer direct billing for select Insurers:
Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Chambers of Commerce, Desjardins, Equitable Life, Industrial Alliance, Manulife, Green Shield and others!
Simply add your insurance info to your Jane account, and we’ll do the rest!
We direct bill for all approved ICBC, VA/CAF and Premium MSP claims!
If you are booking an approved ICBC appointment, your treatment is 100% covered and you are eligible for 12 treatments within 12 weeks of your accident; please bring in your claim number and book a Private Treatment.
If you are booking an approved VA/CAF appointment, your treatment is 100% covered, but please ensure that we have received your approval paperwork prior to your first appointment, and book a Private Treatment.
If you are booking a Premium MSP appointment, please fill in your Personal Health Number on your Intake Form, and book a community acupuncture treatment – there will not be any extra charge to you for your treatment, except an Intake Fee of $15 for your First Appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the punk’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for that appointment.
